Students take 60 seconds to re-write their inner story

Start by selecting or describing a topic to explore, then:

  1. Explore an unwanted thought, feeling, or behaviour (Symptom); and
  2. Identify a potential underlying limiting belief (Belief); to
  3. Challenge and re-frame the limiting belief with a fresh perspective (Insight).
